Project Synopsis
Seismic retrofit, deck overlay and general rehabilitation of Almondel Road Overpass and Polyester Polymer of the Cypress Creek Bridge. Seismic retrofit includes shear key construction, bearing replacement, abutment retrofit and overcoat painting of damaged existing steel coating system. Additionally, Kingston was required to implement detailed environmental management over Cypress Creek and an extensive Traffic Management Program for Highway 1.
